Under the responsibility of the manager of the orthodontic department, the technologist&#8217;s main responsibility is to carry out the design and manufacture of orthodontic appliances.<\/p>\n<p>This is a permanent, full-time, on-site position in Longueuil.<\/p>\n<p>This is a permanent full-time position.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Read and understand the prescription and the need of the professional;<\/li>\n<li>Carry out all manufacturing steps from models already cast\/printed;<\/li>\n<li>Know and adapt to the different products used;<\/li>\n<li>Deliver a product that meets the quality criteria within the prescribed deadlines;<\/li>\n<li>Work and communicate with peers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>WHAT IS A GOOD &#8220;FIT&#8221; FOR THE JOB<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hold a Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in denture techniques or equivalent experience<\/li>\n<li>Three (3) years of experience in similar functions;<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of CAD-CAM software (an important asset);<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of products and materials used (asset);<\/li>\n<li>Good manual dexterity;<\/li>\n<li>Desire to learn and take on challenges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL GAIN BY JOINING OUR TEAM<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pleasant and professional working environment;<\/li>\n<li>Career development opportunities;<\/li>\n<li>Daytime schedule from Monday to Friday (40 hours\/week);<\/li>\n<li>Competitive benefits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Do you want to take on this new challenge and be part of our #creatorsofsmiles team?
